As a Loan Verification Specialist You Will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding loan applications.
• Assess the status of the customer’s loan application and communicate next steps to them in an efficient and effective manner.
• Review and process loan applications from submission to completion.
• Obtain and evaluate information and documents for authenticity and accuracy.
• Assess and calculate income utilizing income and tax documents. Utilize multiple systems to capture customer interactions with precise notation.
• Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Strive to resolve the customer’s request in one call while creating an exceptional experience for the customer
