Job Title: Assistant Account Coordinator

What we’re looking for someone to:

• Support the Client Engagement team in developing, executing, and measuring client solutions
• Support the Client Engagement team with various financial and administrative support including developing weekly project status updates and reports for the client
• Manage outreach to minor hockey associations across Canada and supporting program registration
• Communication with Hockey Canada for system reporting
• Assist with sourcing vendors and vendor management for all program elements
• Contest development and management of internal stakeholders for fulfillment
• Management of program communications and e-blast deployment
• Conduct project-based work consisting of research, presentations and reports
• Attend internal and client meetings, circulate detailed contact reports as needed
• Respond to phone/email promptly and courteously while paying attention to detail in grammar and formatting
