Job Responsibilities : SA – Migration Services

Experience in software implementation and delivery
Certificate or Degree in one of the following fields or related fields – Information Technology, Data Analytics, Infrastructure Systems, Computer Science, or deep relevant experience
Practical knowledge of computer software, hardware and networks
Experience interacting with and presenting to customers or internal teams
Experience speaking to financial aspects of on-premises and AWS infrastructure

Roles

Key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with customers and internal teams to schedule and deliver successful software implementations
Review software implementation and data configuration
Troubleshoot and solve implementation challenges
Articulate assessment results and analyses to customers and internal stakeholders
In-depth understanding of our products at a functional and technical level
Listening to, and using customer feedback to support product innovation
Providing demos, workshops, and sales assistance as needed
Assist in developing and ongoing improvement of enablement programs for AWS Field and AWS Partners
Mentoring new team members
Contributing to global or local SA initiatives to develop and share best practices to help scale the organization
