 Role

• Collaborate with your team members and other departments behind the scenes to maintain an organized and efficient workflow using a polite proactive approach.
• Support our Clients, Media Buyers, Creatives and Executives with various department tasks pertaining to client work fulfilment.
• Work in Data Studio and ClickUp to create visual project management workflows, gantt charts, progress reports and other project management requirements.
• Working with Operations Manager to establish and activate account team best practices.
• Contribute to weekly Operations Department meetings and gather key information to help manage ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing coordinator/project management (or similar) role.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments and balancing complex projects.
• A hunger to learn, improve your skills, and stay up to date on the latest marketing trends.
• A passion for organizational efficiency is a must.
• A creative mind that’ll help you contribute to our brainstorming sessions
• You love the idea of being the backbone to a specialized team that runs at high velocity. You are comfortable working in a fast moving organization with ambitious goals that doesn’t shy away from challenges.
